Erin Lopez, Co-Founder (Houston)
Erin has an impressive background of over twenty years in the fashion industry. Scouted at a young age, she began her career as a fashion model and later decided to move to the other side of the camera as a model agent. She has had the pleasure of working with some of the largest model and talent agencies all over the world including Ford, Elite, and Arlene Wilson. Erin also has had the opportunity to travel all over the United States working with celebrities, actors, professionals and the every day woman. Balancing it all out, Erin has two beautiful girls who keep her on her toes style-wise as well. Realizing how much she loves to dress them, she honed her skills as a rep for Mini Boden, a Britain based children’s clothing line only sold through trunk shows in the US (now sold at Nordstrom). Erin’s eye for trends combined with her industry and life experience brings the perfect combination to Style Spies clients. Erin currently lives in Houston, TX with her family.

Mollie Milano, Co-Founder (Chicago)
From the day Mollie pored through her first Glamour magazine at age 10, she knew a career in fashion was her dream. With a degree in Business Marketing, Mollie made that dream a reality buying for one of the elite women’s websites and boutiques in the country, Shopbop.com. Mollie’s love of fashion is not just for women’s clothing but for children’s as well, and currently works as an apparel buyer for Wonder!, a new specialty retail kids store and online (shopwonder.com) in the Chicago-land area. She also writes a lifestyle blog dedicated to her ‘new’ life as a wife and Mommy to two beautiful children, Mascara Meets Matchbox. Mollie’s extensive and well-trained background makes her the ideal Style Spies consultant as she can easily oscillate between the many different needs in a women’s closet and lifestyle. Mollie currently lives in Chicago with her family.

Melanie Knopke (Kansas City)
Melanie is a veteran of the fashion industry with over 15 years of experience. Melanie started her career in management at Nordstrom in Chicago, after which she was a buyer for one of the top specialty stores in the country, Mark Shale. Finally, to round things out, she wrote a style column for the Kansas City Star. Melanie currently finds herself in front of the camera reporting on the latest trends in Kansas City, and writes a popular blog Scout: A Mom’s Guide to Stylish Living, which has landed her an impressive amount of notoriety in Kansas City. Melanie’s vast career in fashion and retail provides her the knowledge and expertise to give you the best experience possible with Style Spies. She is the ultimate bargain hunter and is great at finding the “look for less”. Melanie currently lives in Kansas City with her family.
